The Feel-Good Practice Planner: A new, free offering

2/5/2021

The following Practice Planner developed out of my own practice struggles.

I wanted to design something that could help myself and others become more present with ourselves while we practice.

Something to help us build awareness of tendencies.

Something that would give us permission to create a practice experience that is more kind, creative, and conscious, and introduce a way of approaching the instrument with a clearer head space each day.

A tool for keeping one foot in the practice arena, and one foot with ourselves.

The Feel-Good Practice Planner is designed to help you:
  • Cultivate a little more loving attention in your practice.
  • Become aware of recurring thought patterns and other tendencies, both physical and mental.
  • Reflect, make observations, and set intentions about how you want your practice to serve you.

Bring some loving attention to the practice room.
